A national sales and marketing agency were interesting in modernising their technology use to provide a higher service quality to their clients. After implementing a new sales engagement platform (Salesloft) they were interesting in understanding how to use AI to make the organisation more efficient and to further improve client satisfaction.

Solution

A short generative AI strategy was completed. Domain leaders in sales, marketing, finance and other areas of the business were interviewed to identify opportunities for AI. Several key use cases were identified with personalised content generation (email, messaging, image generation and more) as the largest opportunity.

A market assessment of tools was conducted to identify functionality, integrations and other key criteria. Pricing was negotiated with each supplier leading to 20%+ cost reductions.

A business case was produced for the impact of the tools and vendor introductions were made.
