Challenge
A global financial services organisation required a technology solution to monitor and remediate data quality issues.
The legacy solution was one of several hosted on a complex bespoke graph network application. Development of UI and workflows was slow and complex, while also lacking in common ease of use functionality like Single Sign On (SSO). The application development and backlog was managed by another department causing challenges with development, testing, releases and more.
Solution
The existing application was mapped, fresh requirements were gathered and ideal workflows, UI and other features were designed.
A ServiceNow based solution was designed to become part of the organisations global ServiceNow catalogue. This platform allowed for customisable workflows, easy integration with existing enterprise architecture, familiar UIs and more. Development was greatly simplified, as was tracking of remediation efforts and reporting.
The solution was designed, successfully trialled and ready to be moved to production over the course of a few months.
